03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the f9club platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you already have an f9club account, you must not create a new one — contact support to recover access to your existing account.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f9club login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify f9club immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. f9club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

f9club staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to f9club support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

f9club is required by law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires you to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. f9club may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

f9club supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks

f9club does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) for deposits or withdrawals. f9club does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to deposit using a prohibited payment method will result in the transaction being declined and potentially the account being flagged for review.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at f9club is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your f9club wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). f9club does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are generally credited instantly for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification being complete. f9club reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the f9club platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). f9club does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency transactions will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

f9club offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable to all f9club promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period.
• f9club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• f9club reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the f9club platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

f9club uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, f9club's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. f9club will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at f9club's discretion.

f9club reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or manipulation. Players who attempt to exploit software errors or bugs for financial gain will have their accounts suspended and winnings forfeited.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f9club platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the f9club platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the f9club platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing f9club staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

08 Responsible Gaming

f9club provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your account settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the f9club platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the f9club platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of f9club or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the f9club platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any f9club content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform; or frame or mirror any part of the platform without f9club's prior written consent.

The f9club name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of f9club. Unauthorized use of any f9club trademark is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, f9club, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the f9club platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

f9club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude f9club's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

f9club collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at f9club.xyz/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the f9club platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

f9club is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). f9club will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with legal obligations.

12 Suspension & Termination

f9club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Multi-accounting or any other form of bonus abuse.
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks. f9club will process such refunds within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your f9club account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. f9club operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for the regulation and licensing of gaming activities in the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through f9club's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

f9club's internal dispute resolution process requires that you first submit a written complaint to [email protected]. f9club will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. If you are not satisfied with f9club's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority.

14 Amendments

f9club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, f9club will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the f9club platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document will be updated with each revision. f9club recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
